These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Brazil, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
